Good sized unit with a bath. Had very nice an electric kettle, a personal safe, and a sofa bed. The location perfect the cable cars running up to the Matterhorn-.

The double room came equipped with an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. the location is stunning and fantastic, just a 4-6 minutes' walk from Spielplatz Winkelmatten. - the staff is exceptionally attentive, delivering terrific services and plenty of fabulous delicacies.

The breakfasts were rich and delicious with snacks in the afternoon and the scrambled eggs, as for instance, couldn’t ask for anything better. The deluxe double room was fashionable with a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. Had best possible and comfortable location to meters to the ski lift, right next to Zermatt-Furi Gondola.

We liked the hotel, rich and free breakfast.

Excellent hotel conveniently located very close to the lifts leading to the main ski area. As a consequence, slightly off-center (still within walking distance). Nice view to Matterhorn, interesting design, with a coherent style in common parts and rooms. The staff recommended us good restaurants. Perfect.

The stylish king room with a spacious bed was great, breakfast offered a variety of delicious food for free, and the attentive staff were not intrusive.

The staff were lovely, the rooms were immaculate. They provided a number of 'extras' such as putting a love heart in our room for our honeymoon. You could tell it was family run and they had invested a lot of pride into it. The room wasn't huge, but it was really well set up.

There was nothing not to like. (genuinely)

The Hotel Matterhorn Focus was without doubt the highlightof our entire 6 weeks European trip and we wish we had stayed longer. The room view, comfort, cleanliness, hospitality,friendly staff assistance /service, breakfast and convenient location were all excellent and not exceeded anywhere throughout our extensive tour. We would definitely choose to stay at HMF again as first choice. Friends to whom we referred our experience share the same views.

No negatives experienced although the cave entrance as main access took us by surprise.

Conveniently located near the airport, the majestic Matterhorn glacier, and various shops. Also, just a stone's throw away from the Matterhorn Glacier Express gondola 🚠. the stylish king room features a skylight, adding a cozy touch to your stay here.

Matterhorn Focus is probably the best hotel we have ever been - better than most 5-star hotels. Design is amazing in every single detail. Spa and pool are are outstanding, breakfasts are simple, but very good and fresh. Definitely perfect place for wedding anniversary,

the situation and the view, the great modern design, the spa facilities, ffriendliness of the staff

We greatly enjoyed this hip new hotel. the food was good. - the staff were extremely helpful. - the venue's location was exceptionally nice as it was next to a cable car station. - the hotel was next to restaurants and a fun park. - the property's restaurant was excellent for evening meals. - Had an unforgettable stay in the winter.

The atmosphere in this hotel is great, the hotel is a true design hotel and staff is very helpful. It is located near the gondola to the Matterhorn mountain. Zermatt is touristic, but great (go eat at La Dolce Vita restaurant!). The hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner, but the Zermatt restaurants are in walking distance. Zermatt is a car-free resort, but public transport and parking facilities from Tasch are great. The hotel offers a pick-up service from and to Zermatt station. Great for wintersports, but also for summer/hiking. The hotel offers a spa, but this is not that large.
